Hello, I’m Coach Brittny
After years of coaching clients one-on-one, I began to notice a common theme across the board. My clients who dramatically changed their lives and saw the most success are the ones who tapped into the connection between the mind and emotions.
It reminded me of that old saying — mind over matter. It’s typically used to describe a situation where someone is able to control a physical condition, or problem by using the mind.
When I think back to the miraculous shifts in my life, it can all be traced back to the quality of my thoughts and thereby the emotions I felt. Years ago, when I believed I wasn’t smart enough to start a business, it created feelings of fear and self-doubt that blocked me from taking action — so I played small instead and stayed in a work environment where I was undervalued and under-appreciated. It was only when I applied this method and shifted my perception of myself as capable to lead others — that I stepped back into my power — and life got really groovy for me!
Realizing this connection, I asked myself, “How can I teach more people about this method?” and a tiny seed was planted.
