While I'm not the biggest fan of the holiday itself, I love the messaging that comes out during Love Month ❤️ 

Self-love gets a lot of hype in February, which is good because it is the foundation of healthy relationships with yourself and the people around you. But it’s not always easy and requires self-acceptance, self-trust, self-forgiveness, and loving yourself even when things don’t go well.

So how do you work on loving your whole self no matter what you're doing? This episode is here to help. I share my experience of learning how to love myself and walk you through an exercise that will allow you to love your whole self, exactly as you are.
