Celebrating National Women's Health Week

Oftentimes when we think of health we maybe think about how often we’re going to the gym or getting physical activity. Other times we may think of it as what we’re eating or how we’re treating ourselves and others.


As we kick-off National Women’s Health Week (May 11th - May 16th), I wanted to shed light on four different types of health all of which are pivotal to our overall well-being. Self-Care, Physical Health, Mental Health, and Spiritual Health. In this week’s episode I dive into ways we can uplift each of these four pillars to be our best and feel our best.

Women often put EVERYONE before themselves and forget to take a second to ask the question, “Am I taking care of myself?” Amidst the pandemic, now more than ever, it’s essential for women to make their health a priority. This week is an opportunity to encourage women everywhere to celebrate their health and make their well-being a priority.
